"What I've Eaten" is a documentary piece of everything that I ate over the span of 2 weeks. Before every meal or snack, I would make a sketch of the food. The sketch is finalized in ink pen on a roll of receipt paper to represent proof of consumption. The food is spaced according to the amount of time between each meal or snack. 

This process helped me to work through my eating disorder. When I had to stop and document what I was eating, it made me consciously consider if what or how much I was putting into my body was healthy.
